When applying for SBI or IBPS banking exams, it is strictly required to format four major documents. A single mismatch in file size or format can lead to form rejection.

- Signature: Strictly 10 KB to 20 KB. Must be on white paper with a Black Ink pen. Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS are not accepted.
- Left Thumb Impression: 20 KB to 50 KB. Should be taken on white paper with Black or Blue ink.
- Hand Written Declaration: 50 KB to 100 KB. It must be written in English only, on a plain white paper.
