Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) requires a very specific aspect ratio and size limit for applications (PO, Clerk, RRB, SO). Ensure your image passes the upload validation with these rules:

- Dimensions: 4.5 cm (height) x 3.5 cm (width) [Note: sometimes written as 200 x 230 pixels].
- File Size: Must be strictly between 20 KB and 50 KB.
- Format: JPEG or JPG only.
- Background: Recent passport style colour picture, preferably against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.
- Visibility: No "red-eye" or glare on glasses. Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.

Why is my IBPS PO/Clerk photo showing a "file size too large" error?

Can I use a blue background for Bank exam applications?
