OJAS Photo & Signature FAQs
What is the exact photo and signature size for OJAS Gujarat?
As per official OJAS guidelines, your passport photo must be exactly 5 cm (height) x 3.6 cm (width). Your signature must be 2.5 cm (height) x 7.5 cm (width). Both files must be in JPG format and strictly under 15 KB in size.
How can I compress my photo to 15 KB for OJAS online form?
Select the "OJAS Gujarat Photo" preset from our tool's dropdown menu. It will automatically crop your image to the 5x3.6cm aspect ratio. Then, the tool will auto-set the size limit to 15 KB and compress it without blurring your face.
Why is my photo getting rejected on the OJAS portal?
The OJAS server instantly rejects uploads if the file size exceeds 15.00 KB or if the dimensions do not match their strict centimeter rules. Using a standard image resizer often fails here, which is why we created this dedicated OJAS dimensions tool.
Can I resize my signature for OJAS using my mobile phone?
Yes! Just sign on a blank white paper with a dark pen, click a photo from your smartphone, and upload it here. Select "OJAS Gujarat Sign" to instantly format it to the required 7.5cm width and 15KB size directly from your mobile browser.
